Description:
The Milnes Co Inc. is working on a 60,000 GPD plant upgrade for the NYCDEP Watershed Program located in Westchester County NY. This consists of a new complete microfiltration building with some alterations while the current plant remains in operation. Site work phases include an upgrade replacement road culvert plant demolitions. This upgrade also includes comminutor upgrade, an added equalization tank, new upgraded aeration basins, rehabilitation of the existing tankage, an added clarifier, a new rapid sand filter with feed well to microfiltration, new recovery back wash systems, new UV treatment, new chemical feed systems, a new generator, plant Scada, and other tank alterations.
